In between the yoga sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax, enjoy a swim, explore our seaside village of Sutivan, or book a therapeutic massage. There'll also be plenty of time to explore Brac's magnificent beaches and stroll at its lively villages. We're offering a few day-trips as add-ons. A day trip to Blaca's 16th Century Monastery is always a must, followed by a scenic boat ride to Croatia's Most Famous Beach, Zlatni Rat. Hike a trail that journeys through family groves to the acreage where the family's small batch brand of olive oil: Pipa evoo is produced. Along the way there will be discussion of all things local, historical, and agricultural.
Once arriving, see first hand how Mariano and his family raise the trees and olive fruit with the most natural and organic means possible, including their flock of sheep and chickens. Experience a tasting in the grove of this year's harvest - their limited 2021 reserve. Learn about the quality, health benefits, and tasting of olive oil under the tree canopies that produce this miracle fruit. Descend back to the little village of Mirca with panoramic sea views of the Adriatic Sea.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable or transferable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 90 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 60 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance that would cover a cancelled retreat (note: as times become more turbulent, it's important to be prepared). Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including an act of God or Mother Nature, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.

A Blissology Yoga teacher, innovator, advocate for loving kindness, functional health enthusiast, Lightyear Leadership + Gems of Excellence facilitator. I am your biggest cheerleader and am so passionate about Igniting + Uniting you to yourself, your passion + other human beings.
I founded Embodied Adventure and choose everyday to be a Catalyst for Connection because creating experiences for people to live their most purposeful and authentic lives is my jam. What we need more of on this planet are healers, lovers of all kinds, mediators, peacemakers, storytellers and restorers. My mission is to support you in connecting deeper to yourself and to learn how to transform + lead with YOUR heart.
When you are deeply connected, embodied and listening to yourself + Nature, you are able to attune to others and accelerate success in any facet of your life.
I embody both the Spiritual and Science based practices of Yoga and aim to integrate asana, meditation, mind-body medicine, visualization, philosophy, functional movement and somatic awareness as modalities for deeper connection and positive energy flow. I teach a movement practice that is fluid and dynamic, encompassing healing both the anatomy / physiology of the body as well as one's relationship to Self.

My classes ebb and flow to create a safe space that is inclusive and accommodating to all levels.
